Terms of Use

Welcome to Deskrift, an internal workspace application created exclusively to optimize the digital presence and SEO workflow of authorized clients (such as the Loom N Line brand). By accessing or using Deskrift.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not access or use the application.

The Optimized Workflow (The Permitted Use)

Deskrift is a specialized tool designed to facilitate a disciplined and calibrated workflow for creating search-optimized Pin drafts. Its authorized functions include:

  • Utilizing Pinterest Trends and Keyword Discovery endpoints to align content with user interest.
  • Generating data-driven SEO metadata (Titles, Descriptions, Tags) that adhere to a rigorous Aesthetic Utility standard.
  • Creating Private and Draft Pins containing only this metadata on authorized client boards, using the standard, authorized Pinterest OAuth process.

Deskrift is designed to aid human curation and optimization; it is not an automated bulk-publishing or mass-content generation system.

Pinterest Platform Integration and Compliance (Crucial for API)

By using Deskrift, you explicitly agree that:

  1. Compliance with Pinterest Policy: You must, at all times, comply with Pinterest’s Developer Policy and Community Guidelines when accessing the API through Deskrift.
  2. Authorization: You must maintain a valid, authorized OAuth token from the specific Pinterest account (e.g., Loom N Line) you intend to optimize. Access to Deskrift is permitted only after this secure authorization has been granted.
  3. No Automated Public Pinning: You understand that Deskrift only automates the creation of Private/Draft Pins. The final act of finalizing (uploading content) and making a Pin public requires manual action and creative final say by an authorized human curator.
  4. Content Rights: You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to use any content, metadata, or physical product context (such as those visual context references from your Kathmandu, Nepal background, referencing image_4.png and image_20.png) associated with your Pin creation workflow. You agree not to use the tool to violate any third-party rights, including copyright or trademark.

Prohibited Uses

The following actions are strictly prohibited and constitute a violation of these Terms:

  • Using Deskrift to create bulk, low-quality, or deceptive pins (spam).
  • Using the tool to extract data from Pinterest in violation of their Developer Policy.
  • Attempting to bypass any security measures, rate limits, or established workflow parameters (such as the private-only draft creation step).
  • Using the application to distribute malicious code, unlawful content, or deceptive practices.
  • Sharing or compromising the secure administrative credentials or OAuth tokens that grant access to Deskrift.

Developmental Phase and Disclaimer

Please Note: At this time, Deskrift.com is in a developmental and simulation phase. We have NOT requested or been granted access to any Pinterest API, including trial keys.

Any current use of Deskrift.com is for simulation testing by the authorized internal team. Our Terms above outline the standards and limitations that will apply once authorized API access is formally granted. Deskrift is provided “as is,” without any warranties regarding functional stability or performance during this development phase.
