Our commitment is maintaining a rigorous standard of data privacy and organizational clarity for all our clients. This policy defines the data handling, security, and compliance standards we apply, both during our proposed integration and our current simulated development.

Data We Collect and Use

This section defines the only data categories Deskrift is designed to process during our proposed authorized integration on Pinterest:

Organizational Data: We will collect and store internal data regarding the specific Loom N Line boards (Public, Secret, or Optimization) to facilitate the correct placement of private Pin drafts.

OAuth Access Tokens: We will utilize the standard Pinterest OAuth flow to securely request an encrypted access token from the authorized Loom N Line sandbox business account. This token will be used exclusively for authenticated API communication.

SEO Metadata (Generated Drafts): The application’s core function is to programmatically generate and manage SEO text (Titles, Descriptions, Tags) that match identified search demand. This metadata will be stored temporarily in an encrypted database during the drafting phase.

Human Oversight and Content Quality Assurance

To ensure the highest quality of outputs and maintain compliance with platform-specific guidelines (such as Pinterest’s Community Standards), Deskrift employs a “Human-in-the-Loop” review process.

Data Privacy during Review: Human reviewers only access the specific metadata generated by the tool and do not have access to your private account credentials or unauthorized personal data.

Manual Review of Metadata: Before any generated SEO metadata (including Pin titles, descriptions, and alt-text) is finalized or uploaded to a third-party platform, it is subject to review by a human moderator.

Purpose of Review: This manual check is conducted to verify accuracy, ensure brand consistency, and prevent the publication of prohibited or low-quality content.

No Access to Personal or Public User Data

Deskrift will never request, store, or process any personal identifiable information (PII), customer lists, payment data, or email addresses. Our workflow is strictly limited to an internal metadata optimization process. We prioritize maximum data security.

Mandatory Disclosures (Data Handling, Sharing, and Security)

We adhere to the following strict data use guidelines, prioritizing compliance and privacy:

Consent and Revocation: Once an authorized API integration is active, access must be formally granted via the standard Pinterest OAuth flow. The user (Loom N Line) maintains absolute control and may revoke this access at any time via the authorized users/apps section of their own Pinterest settings.

No Data Sharing: Deskrift does not sell, trade, or transfer any data to third parties. All data is for the exclusive internal use of the authorized workflow.

Encrypted Storage: All authorized access tokens (OAuth) and internally generated draft metadata (SEO text) are stored using advanced encryption protocols, accessible only via secure, authorized administrative login.

Data Retention: We do not store Pinner data. We only store the metadata generated for the specific authorized account for as long as necessary to complete the draft. We only retain the metadata (SEO text) for Pins currently in the drafting phase. Once a Pin is completed and published publicly to Pinterest, its associated draft metadata is scheduled for deletion from our internal systems. Users can request the deletion of their stored draft data at any time.

Notice Regarding API Access and Current Operational Status

Deskrift is currently configured for integration. We are seeking Trial Access to begin live-environment validation of our SEO drafting workflow.

This application is currently operating as a simulation environment. The internal team is utilizing Deskrift exclusively to test our proprietary SEO text generation and draft organization workflow in preparation for our proposed, fully compliant integration request. Our policy definitions above outline the standards we will apply once authorized API access is formally granted.

Purpose: Deskrift is a productivity tool developed for the Loom N Line brand to streamline SEO metadata creation. It utilizes the Pinterest API to create high-fidelity draft pins, which are then manually finalized by a human curator with high-quality, brand-vetted imagery.

User Impact: By prioritizing a “Human-in-the-Loop” workflow, our tool prevents low-quality or unoptimized content from being published. This ensures all pins created via the Deskrift workflow meet Pinterest’s rigorous best practices for discovery and user engagement.
